Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the distance selling contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without no needing to justify your decision.
Return Conditions
To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:
It must be in its original condition, unworn and without any signs of use.
It must be in its original packaging, including tags and original accessories.
You must communicate your intention to return by sending an email to contact@suburban-republic.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Please attach the return form, which you can download HERE.
Return Procedure
After notifying us of your desire to return, please follow these steps:
Complete the return form, which you can download HERE.
Properly package the product to prevent damage during transport.
Send the product to the address specified in our response.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and it has been inspected, we will process the refund for the amount paid, including delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please ensure you provide all necessary information in the return intention email, including an active bank account.
Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear or cosmetic products), unless they are defective.
